SHIPPING POLICY

1. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase and receive wine shipments. An adult signature is required upon delivery.

2. Your shipping address should be an address (preferably a business address) where someone can receive deliveries during normal business hours. We use UPS exclusively. NO PO BOXES.

3. Please contact justin@wardfourwines.com if you have any questions. 

4. We will ship immediately as weather permits from Monday to Wednesday. We ship early week to ensure packages do not sit over the weekend.

 

5. 12+ bottle purchase gets you $10 off of shipping costs (Automatically applies)! 

 

6. During warm summer months, Ward Four Wines will ship using Next Day Air & 3 Day Select to avoid prolonged heat exposure during transit and minimizing the chances of any damages.

7. Monthly delivery available across California to San Luis Obispo County, Santa Barbara County, Los Angeles, and the Greater Bay Area
